The landlord will have to make a modest subscription fee for each premise he or she registers on the platform to manage units including listing vacant ones.
Subscription Fee
This starts from as low as $1.80 USD per premise.
Note:
- The subscription fee depends on the number of units in the premise.
- Landlords are given a one month free trail for one premise
Tenants looking for rental units
Tenants looking for rental units will have to buy view credits to be able to get the details of the rental unit and the landlord. Each view credit will enable you see one reantal unit and the corresponding landlord contact details.

Note:
- On completing a registration, you get 2 free view credits. Need more?, simply refer a friend with each successfull referal earning you a view credit.
