For Tenants

For Landlords/Property Managers

• Refrain from posting misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory content.

We are not a real estate agent, broker, or property manager. The App serves only as a digital platform for communication and listing purposes.

We do not verify the accuracy of property listings or the identity of users, and we are not responsible for:

• The condition, legality, or availability of properties;
• Any rental agreements, payments, or disputes between tenants and landlords

Users are encouraged to verify all details independently before entering into any transaction.

Access to basic App features may be free. Certain premium features or services may attract fees.

If applicable, fees will be clearly displayed before purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Users must not:
